2. In celebration of America’s 250th birthday in 2026, the City of Liberty invites local students in grades 6–12 to participate in a community-wide celebration of creativity and civic pride. Students may enter the Art Contest, the Essay Contest, or both, exploring the theme “What Does Liberty Mean to You?”
